1. Steps to Enroll

Enrolling at DSODE follows a simple process:

• Step 1 — Reach out. Contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp to express interest and tell us which track you're interested in.
• Step 2 — Track consultation. A member of our team will walk you through the track's content, timeline, and whether virtual or onsite mentoring fits you best.
• Step 3 — Registration. Complete registration with your basic details and confirm your chosen track and format.
• Step 4 — Orientation. Attend a short orientation session covering how mentoring works, expectations, and how to get support during the course.
• Step 5 — Begin training. Start your mentor-led sessions according to your track's schedule.

2. Choosing Your Format

Virtual Mentoring suits learners who want flexibility and are comfortable learning remotely, with live mentor-led sessions delivered online.

Onsite Mentoring suits learners who want in-person, hands-on guidance in a structured environment, working directly alongside mentors.

You can discuss which format fits your situation best during your track consultation.

3. Rules of Engagement

To get the most out of DSODE, and to remain in good standing as a student, you're expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions consistently, and communicate ahead of time if you must miss one;
• Complete assigned practice work and projects within your track's timeline;
• Engage respectfully with mentors and fellow learners at all times;
• Use shared learning materials and resources only for your own learning — not for redistribution or commercial use;
• Reach out early if you're stuck, rather than falling silent — mentors are there to help you move forward.

4. Becoming Certified

To become a certified DSODE student, you're expected to:

• Complete all required sessions and practice modules for your track;
• Submit and pass the track's final project or assessment;
• Maintain good standing under our rules of engagement throughout the program.

Learners who meet these requirements receive DSODE certification for their completed track, along with recognition as a candidate for future internship opportunities within Daili Technologies Limited for high-performing students.

5. Alumni Status

Once certified, you become part of the DSODE alumni network. Alumni are expected to continue representing DSODE positively, and may be invited to mentor future cohorts, join alumni-only opportunities, or be considered first for relevant openings within Daili Technologies Limited and its partners as they arise.

6. Code of Conduct

DSODE is a respectful, harassment-free learning environment for everyone, regardless of background, gender, or experience level. Disrespectful conduct toward mentors or fellow learners, academic dishonesty, or misuse of DSODE's name or materials may result in suspension or removal from the program, at Daili's discretion.
